Atlanta Electricals received a Letter of Intent worth Rs 193.92 crore (including GST) from APTRANSCO for the supply of 12 units of 160 MVA, 220/132 kV auto transformers, covering design, manufacture, testing and supply.
AE Components Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Atlanta Electricals Limited, approved an investment of ₹193.58 crore to establish a new manufacturing facility for transformer tanks, frames and radiators. The project is targeted for completion within one year.
