Guangxi Building Materials Institute won the EPC general contracting bid for the Phase II project of Fusui Xinning Conch Cement New Building Materials Co., Ltd. The project, valued at nearly 200 million yuan, will build a 5 million ton per year flux stone and aggregate production line in Fusui County, Guangxi.
