Miya Water

Eurazeo, through its Eurazeo Planetary Boundaries Fund, has agreed to acquire a majority stake in MIYA Water, a global leader in water efficiency and non-revenue water reduction solutions. The founders and management will remain co-investors.

Miya Water has signed a $60 million contract with SABESP for the implementation of a pre-treatment facility in the Vale do Ribeira region in southern São Paulo, Brazil. The project will be executed by BBL Engenharia, Miya Water's local platform.
