Eurazeo

Croda International Plc agreed to acquire Iberchem, a Spanish fragrances and flavours company, for €820 million on a debt-free, cash-free basis. Iberchem was majority-owned by Eurazeo.

Eurazeo, through its subsidiary Eurazeo PME, signed an exclusivity agreement to invest about €80 million to acquire a majority stake in UTAC CERAM, a French automotive testing and homologation group.

Eurazeo, a French investment company, has announced the acquisition of Elemica, a cloud-enabled digital supply network provider, for approximately $250 million in equity. The transaction is expected to close in Q3 2019.

French investment firm Eurazeo acquired a 70% stake in Spanish flavours and fragrances company Iberchem for €270 million. Iberchem operates 11 manufacturing facilities and is active in over 100 countries.
