Kobe Steel to expand plant at Kobelco Industrial Machinery India
Kobe Steel has decided to invest about 3 billion yen to expand the plant at Kobelco Industrial Machinery India (KIMI) in Chennai. The expansion will enhance production capacity for tire and rubber machinery and add production of non-standard compressors. Completion is projected in fiscal 2027.
