Hengli Hydraulics opens $325M plant in Nuevo Leon
Hengli Hydraulics officially opened its first manufacturing facility in Mexico, located in FINSA Industrial Park 1 in Nuevo Leon, with a total investment of US$325 million. The plant will produce hydraulic cylinders for excavators and other industrial equipment, creating 200 jobs in phase one. The opening was announced on June 13, 2025.
