Molins and TITAN completed the joint acquisition of 80% of Baupartner, a precast concrete solutions provider in Southeastern Europe, following an agreement announced on August 4, 2025. The transaction expands their footprint in the region's construction market.

Molins and TITAN formed a joint venture to acquire 80% of Baupartner, a Bosnia-based precast concrete and steel structure specialist operating across Bosnia, Croatia, and Serbia. The remaining 20% stays with founding shareholders.

Molins will build a new robotic precast concrete plant in central Spain as part of a €100 million investment package.

Molins has acquired Concremat, a Portuguese precast concrete company with two production sites, 110 employees and €52 million revenue in 2024, for an undisclosed amount as part of a €100 million investment package.
