Bosnian producer Violeta has opened a new corrugated board plant after a two-year project and an investment of over €40 million. The plant will supply its own food-business packaging needs and could serve the local market.
Violeta group opened the Corspack corrugated cardboard packaging factory in Grude, Bosnia and Herzegovina, on 29 October 2024. The investment is reported at over EUR 40 million, with capacity of about 60,000 tonnes per year on one shift.
Violeta, owned by Petar Corluka, is opening a 30,000 sq m corrugated carton packaging factory in Grude, with a 35 million euro investment. Test production began in December 2023 and the official opening is expected soon.
