Molins and TITAN formed a joint venture to acquire 80% of Baupartner, a Bosnia-based precast concrete and steel structure specialist operating across Bosnia, Croatia, and Serbia. The remaining 20% stays with founding shareholders.

The Molecor-Titan Consortium launched a new industrial plant in Paraguay for the production of TOM® Oriented PVC pipes, with an investment of approximately US$6 million and initial production capacity of 3,000 tons per year.
