Uddevalla Kraft AB awarded valve and service contracts worth 9 million SEK to Askalon, Bilfinger Industrial Services Sweden, BVT Sweden, Industor and Ventilteknik i Motala, with the decision dated 24 October 2025.
Uddevalla Kraft AB awarded a valve purchase and service framework contract worth 45,000,000 SEK to Askalon AB, Ventilteknik i Motala, Bilfinger Engineering & Maintenance Nordics, BVT Sweden and Industor. The first phase covers valve purchase, replacement, planned and emergency service, and inspection.
Momentum Group, through subsidiary Momentum Industrial, signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent of Indoma AB, a Jönköping-based supplier of industrial components. Indoma will run as an independent subsidiary under its current management.
Momentum Group signed an agreement on 22 May 2023 to acquire 93.7 percent of Askalon AB from the founding Warnqvist family, at an enterprise value of SEK 240 million for 100 percent. Closing is expected in early June 2023.
Askalon AB becomes the new provider and service partner for former Pentair Valves & Controls products (Sempell, Keystone, Crosby and others) across Sweden, excluding the nuclear sector, effective 1 August 2017. Emerson bought the business from Pentair on April 28, 2017.
