Momentum Group acquires Swedish industrial components distributor Indoma AB
Momentum Group, through subsidiary Momentum Industrial, signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent of Indoma AB, a Jönköping-based supplier of industrial components. Indoma will run as an independent subsidiary under its current management.
