AGES Industri

AGES Industri AB has acquired all shares of A-Tooling AB, a Swedish tool component supplier, for 32 MSEK, paid partly in cash and partly in newly issued shares.

AGES Industri has acquired all shares in Östlings Verktygs AB and APM August Pettersson AB for a total of SEK 29 million, forming a new business area Tech/Tooling.
