Aalborg Portland

Cementir Holding N.V., through its subsidiary Aalborg Portland Holding A/S, acquired an additional 25.40% stake in Sinai White Portland Cement Co. from a Vicat Group subsidiary for about EUR 30 million, increasing its indirect ownership to 96.5%.

Aalborg Portland has won the tender to supply about 1.2 million tons of Aalborg Solid cement for the Femern Bælt tunnel project, the world's longest immersed tunnel, with deliveries starting in August 2023.
