Novatech ApS

Novatech, a Quebec-based manufacturer of doors and windows, has mandated CAI Global to seek government financial aid for a multi-million-dollar expansion of three plants in Saint-Agapit, Saint-Apollinaire and Anjou, including equipment purchase and modernization.

Denmark-based Novatech ApS completed the acquisition of Finland's TTS Liftec Oy AB from TTS ASA Group for €5.8 million including net cash, plus an earn-out. The acquisition expands Novatech's product portfolio in heavy-duty transportation equipment.

Novatech Group, a Quebec-based manufacturer of door glass, steel doors, and patio doors, will invest $3 million to establish its first U.S. manufacturing operation in Henry County, Virginia. The company will lease a 100,000-square-foot facility and create 50 new jobs.
