AT&S Austria Technologie & Systemtechnik AG

AT&S reached agreements with AMD and another technology company to expand production capacity for high-end IC substrates for AI and HPC at its existing plant and a second plant in Kulim, Malaysia, with investments of €1.5-2.0 billion.

AT&S Austria Technologie & Systemtechnik AG plans to expand its existing site in Leoben, Austria with a new manufacturing and research facility named HTB 3, including an office building and central utility building.
