AT&S expands ABF substrate capacity in Chongqing with €200 million investment
AT&S decided to fully expand the available area in Chongqing, China for ABF substrate production, with an additional investment of approximately €200 million over four years. Production at Plant III is expected to start in the 2021/22 financial year.
