ATP Packaging

Mondragon Assembly acquired 100% of the shares of ATP Engineering & Packaging, a Catalan company specializing in packaging machinery. The acquisition, signed on February 19, 2026, gives Mondragon Assembly direct access to the food packaging sector, particularly picking and case-packing lines.

ATP Packaging signed a business collaboration agreement with IMA Ilapak and IMA Record in 2022. The company also expanded its commercial network to France and moved its Poland office to Warsaw.
