ATP Engineering & Packaging

Mondragon Assembly has acquired ATP Engineering & Packaging, a packaging machinery company based in Barberà del Vallès, Spain. The deal enables Mondragon Assembly to enter the food packaging market; financial terms were not disclosed.

Mondragon Assembly acquired 100% of the shares of ATP Engineering & Packaging, a Catalan company specializing in packaging machinery. The acquisition, signed on February 19, 2026, gives Mondragon Assembly direct access to the food packaging sector, particularly picking and case-packing lines.
