TVS Supply Chain Solutions and Italy-based ALA Group have formed a joint venture to build an aerospace and defence supply chain platform in India, with TVS SCS holding 51% and ALA 49%.

ALA Group and OWS Automotive have signed a joint venture agreement at the Dubai Air Show to provide aerospace and defense supply chain services across the GCC and MENA region. The joint venture is headquartered in the UAE.

ALA acquired 100% of SCP SINTERSA, a Spanish leader in high-performance electrical interconnection systems with a factory in Seville. The combined group will have annual revenue near EUR 200 million.
