A2A signed an agreement with Enel's e-distribuzione to acquire 90% of a newly incorporated company holding electricity distribution assets in the provinces of Milan and Brescia, covering about 800,000 PODs.

De Pretto Industrie was selected by A2A to supply an 8 MW steam turbogenerator for the Cremona waste-to-energy plant. The new turbine will replace an existing 2 MW unit and improve energy recovery efficiency.
