NLMK DanSteel's ownership is restructured so that SOGEPA and NLMK Group each own 49%, and a subsidiary of NLMK Belgium Holdings owns 2%. The change was approved by EU competition authorities on October 11, 2022.

NLMK reached an agreement to integrate NLMK Dansteel into NBH Group, a joint venture with SOGEPA, to optimize European asset management.
