Aluminium Duffel

Aluminium Duffel BV, operator of an aluminium rolling mill in Duffel, Belgium, has ordered a new scalper for installation in 2024. The order follows the settlement of disputes with former owners Novelis and GFG Alliance, and the recapitalization of the company by American Industrial Partners.

American Industrial Partners, through an affiliate, acquired 100% of Aluminium Belgium BV, owner of the Aluminium Duffel rolling mill in Belgium, from Ecnavla 8 UK Ltd.
