Aperam

Aperam S.A. has proposed the acquisition of VDM Metals Holding GmbH. The acquisition is in Phase II review by the European Commission, with a decision by April 16, 2019.

Lindsay Goldberg has signed a share purchase agreement with Aperam to sell its shares in VDM Metals GmbH for an enterprise value of €596 million. Closing is subject to merger control approval and is expected in the second half of 2018.
