Akebono Brake Industry Co., Ltd. announced it will dissolve joint venture agreements with ITOCHU Corporation for its Chinese subsidiaries and sign a new joint venture agreement with Fujiwa Machinery Industry (Kunshan) Co., Ltd., transferring ITOCHU's 30% stake.
