GAC's first overseas battery pack plant starts production in Thailand
Guangzhou Automobile Group (GAC) announced its first overseas self-developed battery pack plant, operated by unit INPOW, started production in Chonburi, Thailand on October 29, 2026. Phase one capacity is 7,000 battery packs per year, with potential expansion to 20,000.
