Coalza and IRTA Group have been undergoing a merger to provide better service and support to customers and expand internationally in the packaging machinery market.

Coalza has introduced a new high-performance packaging, boxing, and palletizing system for potato chips and snacks, achieving bagging speeds of 50-65 BPM with inert gas injection. The company is also merging with IRTA Group to expand internationally.

Coalza and IRTA have signed an agreement to create a new corporate group, maintaining independence while collaborating in innovation and sales. The group aims to lead in Europe and North Africa.
