Shanghai Yanpu's wholly-owned subsidiary Wuhan Pujiang Yanpu Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. received a letter of intent to supply seat frame products for two new vehicle models to two NEV OEMs in Jinan and Changzhou. The project cycle is 5 years with estimated revenue of CNY 2.0244 billion.

Shanghai Yanpu's subsidiary Wuhan Pujiang Yanpu received a letter of intent from a major customer to supply parts indirectly to a new energy vehicle manufacturer, with production starting in mid-2022 and expected revenue of 1.94-2.27 billion yuan over 5 years.
