Jinpan Technology's wholly owned subsidiary Guilin Juntaifu Electric Co., Ltd. completed and put into operation an energy storage series products digital factory and a dry-type transformer production line digital upgrade project in Guilin, China. The factory can produce 1.2 GWh of energy storage products annually.

Jinpan Technology's wholly-owned subsidiary Hainan Tongxiang Digital Technology signed a sales contract with Ji'an Eaglerise Magnetic Technology to provide a smart manufacturing overall solution for Eaglerise's photovoltaic grid-connected equipment smart manufacturing project, with a contract amount of CNY 131 million (including tax).

Jinpan Technology (688676.SH) received a letter of award for a transformer procurement project from China Huadian Corporation. As the second-ranked supplier, Jinpan's estimated award amount is 30% of the total bid price, or CNY 247 million, representing 10.2% of its 2020 audited revenue.
