China Huadian Group

Huadian Fuxin Energy Corporation's shareholders approved a merger agreement with Fujian Huadian Furi Energy Development Co., Ltd., under which Huadian Furi will acquire all shares of Huadian Fuxin at HKD 2.50 per H-share and CNY 2.29995 per domestic share.

Siemens signed a cooperation agreement with China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park to build a pilot zone for connected vehicles, and agreements with China Southern Power Grid for Wudongde Dam equipment, State Grid for extra-high voltage projects, China Huaneng Group for gas turbine equipment, and China Huadian for gas turbines for a power plant in Guangdong.

Siemens secured its first H-class gas turbine order in Mainland China, supplying two H-class gas turbines, two steam turbines and four generators for the CHD Guangzhou Zengcheng CCHP project in Guangdong Province. Commercial operation is scheduled for end of 2019.

Innovit Electric delivered and commissioned two sets of UFCL-limiters for a China Huadian Group power plant in Shandong Province, China. The limiters are used on two 300MW and two 670MW supercritical coal-fired generators.
