Jinpan Technology's wholly-owned subsidiary Hainan Tongxiang Digital Technology signed a sales contract with Ji'an Eaglerise Magnetic Technology to provide a smart manufacturing overall solution for Eaglerise's photovoltaic grid-connected equipment smart manufacturing project, with a contract amount of CNY 131 million (including tax).

Eaglerise Electric (002922.SZ) announced it signed an investment contract with Ji'an city government to build medium-voltage DC power supply smart manufacturing and smart box transformer and energy storage digital factory projects in Ji'an Industrial Park, with total investment of about CNY 1.1 billion.

Eaglerise Electric is planning to acquire a 54.97% stake in Yunnan Transformer Electric via cash and public listing. The deal is still in the planning stage with due diligence ongoing.

Eaglerise Electric Co., Ltd. (伊戈尔) has announced plans to acquire a 54.97% stake in Yunnan Transformer Electric Co., Ltd. (云变电气) from Shanghai Changwei Equity Investment Partnership, along with additional shares from other shareholders, through a cash payment and public listing process. The deal is subject to due diligence and regulatory approvals.
