OEM Group

OEM Group, an industrial fabricator and manufacturer based in Perth, Australia, acquired AMS GSE, a Tasmanian-based global supplier of ground support equipment. The acquisition expanded OEM Group's aviation component and created four additional jobs locally.

OEM Group, in partnership with Sigma Engineering Works LLC, secured a five-year contract with the largest oil and gas producer in the UAE to provide services including inspection, repair, maintenance, and spare parts for diesel engines and equipment on offshore drilling platforms in Abu Dhabi.

OEM Group acquired Rite Track, and the combined company was renamed Shellback Semiconductor Technology. The new entity is headquartered in Coopersburg, Pennsylvania, and has approximately 150 employees.
