Abu Dhabi National Oil Company has awarded TechnipFMC its largest-ever surface technologies contract, a 10-year framework agreement for wellheads, trees and associated services. TechnipFMC will expand in-country manufacturing, assembly and test capabilities in Abu Dhabi.
TechnipFMC, through Gulf Automation Services and Oilfield Supplies, was awarded a 10-year framework agreement by Abu Dhabi National Oil Company for wellheads, trees and associated services. TechnipFMC will expand manufacturing, assembly and test capacity in Abu Dhabi. The company describes it as a major contract over $1 billion.
Sapura Energy and partner Petrofac Emirates were awarded an offshore EPC contract by ADNOC for the Dalma Gas Development Project, covering platforms and 189 km of subsea pipelines over about 30 months. It is Sapura's first contract in Abu Dhabi.
Vallourec was awarded a five-year contract, with a possible two-year extension, by Abu Dhabi National Oil Company to supply tubing and casing worth USD 900 million plus mill-to-rig services. Deliveries from Vallourec mills in Europe, South America and China are expected to start in second half of 2020.
