ARCH Global Precision acquired Morsch Machine, a Chandler, Arizona-based manufacturer of precision-machined parts for aerospace and defense, to strengthen its Precision Components Segment.

ARCH Global Precision acquired Cling's Aerospace, an Arizona manufacturer of machined parts and assemblies for aerospace and defense industries.

ARCH Global Precision has acquired Arundel Machine Tool, a manufacturer of high-precision components for aerospace, defense, semiconductor, and oil and gas industries. Arundel will join the ARCH Precision Components Segment.

ARCH Global Precision, a portfolio company of The Jordan Company, acquired Aero Pacific Corporation, a provider of machining services for aerospace and defense. The deal was announced on November 22, 2019.

ARCH Global Precision, a Jordan Company platform, acquired Siem Tool Company, a manufacturer of customized solid carbide cutting tools in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. Siem Tool will join ARCH's Cutting Tools division.

The Jordan Company has acquired ARCH, a manufacturer of precision cutting tools, precision machined industrial components and medical implants and instruments, effective April 1, 2019.

ARCH Global Precision has acquired Competitive Carbide, a manufacturer of customized solid carbide drills, end mills, reamers, indexable tools and PCD-tipped tools, based in Mentor, Ohio. The acquisition broadens ARCH's cutting tool product offering.

ARCH Global Precision, a portfolio company of Strength Capital Partners, acquired Universal Precision Instruments (UPI), a manufacturer of medical instruments in Elkhart, Indiana. UPI will become part of ARCH's Medical Solutions division.

LISI AUTOMOTIVE, part of LISI Group, signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the assets of Hi-Vol Products LLC, a US manufacturer of mechanical safety components for the automotive industry. The deal is expected to close by end of September 2018.
