Yunnan Transformer Electric Co., Ltd.

Wangbian Electric announced it signed an agreement to acquire a combined 79.97% stake in Yunnan Transformer Electric Co., Ltd. through a public listing process, aiming to enhance its transformer production capabilities.

Yunnan Transformer Electric held a ceremony to put into operation its relocation and expansion project, increasing production capacity from 12 million kVA to 30 million kVA. The expanded facility includes a 500kV transformer shielding test hall and advanced equipment.

Eaglerise Electric is planning to acquire a 54.97% stake in Yunnan Transformer Electric via cash and public listing. The deal is still in the planning stage with due diligence ongoing.

Eaglerise Electric Co., Ltd. (伊戈尔) has announced plans to acquire a 54.97% stake in Yunnan Transformer Electric Co., Ltd. (云变电气) from Shanghai Changwei Equity Investment Partnership, along with additional shares from other shareholders, through a cash payment and public listing process. The deal is subject to due diligence and regulatory approvals.
