COOEC-Fluor awarded fabrication contract for Seagreen 1 wind farm jackets
COOEC-Fluor Heavy Industries, a joint venture of Fluor Corporation, was awarded a contract by Seaway 7 to fabricate jackets and suction caissons for phase one of the Seagreen offshore wind farm in the North Sea off Scotland. The work will be performed at the COOEC-Fluor yard in Zhuhai, China.

MHI Vestas awarded contract to build blades for Seagreen 1 offshore wind farm
MHI Vestas has been awarded the contract to manufacture blades and turbines for the Seagreen 1 offshore wind farm in the North Sea. Blades will be built at MHI Vestas' factory on the Isle of Wight. SSE Renewables also awarded Seaway 7 a contract to install seabed cables, creating 50 jobs.
