Komatsu Forest

Komatsu Forest is constructing a new 40,000 m² factory called 'Komatsu Forest One' in Umeå, Sweden, to expand production of forestry machines. The facility will include a factory hall and six floors of office space, aiming to be carbon-neutral.

Peab has been commissioned to build a new carbon dioxide neutral factory and office building for Komatsu Forest in Umeå, Sweden, worth SEK 650 million. The factory will manufacture the next generation of forestry machines and is expected to open in 2021.
