Italian valve manufacturer Fratelli Pettinaroli completed the full acquisition of Michigan-based Jomar Group, a maker of ball, butterfly and check valves, in summer 2018, following a 50% stake bought in 2001. The deal was reported on 2018-12-12.

Italian valve maker Fratelli Pettinaroli has acquired the remaining stake in Michigan-based Jomar Group, finalized in summer 2018 after a 50% stake was bought in 2001. Jomar will continue under its president and management team.
