Unimicron invests over TWD 26.5B in IC substrate plants in Taiwan
Unimicron (Xinxing Electronics) received approval to invest over TWD 26.5 billion to expand IC substrate production in Taiwan, including a new plant in Yangmei, Taoyuan, and expansion at the Shanying plant. The investment will create nearly 700 jobs.
