Caladrius Holding AB, owner of Hagabergs Mekaniska AB and O. Bodins Maskin AB, has signed a letter of intent to construct a new industrial building in Askersund, Sweden. The facility is scheduled to be ready in December 2020.

Caladrius Holding, owner of Hagabergs Mekaniska AB, acquired O Bodins Maskin AB. The acquisition aims to broaden the product range in material handling solutions and services, with both companies continuing as independent entities within the group.
