TransPower

Transpower Corp Ltd announced the opening of an additional factory in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The 21,000 sq ft facility employs over 100 people and manufactures electronic assemblies, wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and performs packaging and final assembly.

Meritor has been contracted to supply all-electric drivetrain systems for 38 terminal tractors for use at Port of Long Beach and Port of Oakland. The $17.1 million contract is with SSA Marine.
