Graco Inc. completed its acquisition of Valco Melton, a provider of adhesive application and quality assurance systems, for $447 million in cash. Valco Melton will join Graco's Industrial segment.

Graco Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Valco Melton, a provider of adhesive application and quality assurance systems, for $447 million in cash including about $40 million in expected tax benefits. The deal is expected to close in Graco's fiscal third quarter.

White Knight Fluid Handling, a Graco subsidiary, acquired Irvine, California-based International Polymer Solutions (iPolymer), a maker of high-purity plastic fluid handling valves and fittings for semiconductor and other industries.

Arkle Partners completed the acquisition of Alco Valves Group Limited from Graco Inc. on 10 July 2020. Two Alco managers left to remain with Graco.
