SSA Marine

Meritor has been contracted to supply all-electric drivetrain systems for 38 terminal tractors for use at Port of Long Beach and Port of Oakland. The $17.1 million contract is with SSA Marine.

SSA Marine, through its subsidiary SSA Pacific, has committed to deploying the Wiggins Yard eBull, a 36,000 lb. capacity zero-emissions electric forklift, at its Port of Stockton facility. The initiative involves XL Lifts and Wiggins Lift Company.
