LACROIX Group

Lacroix has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Firstronic, a US EMS provider serving automotive, industry and healthcare sectors. Firstronic has two production sites in Michigan and Mexico with around 1,300 employees.

LACROIX has launched the SYMBIOSE project to build a new electronics factory in Beaupréau, France. The plant will feature 5 SMT lines, cover 19,000 m², employ 450 people, and is scheduled for delivery at the end of 2021.

French mid-cap company LACROIX Group has acquired SAE IT-systems, a provider of connected equipment for monitoring and securing electric grid and renewable energy infrastructures. The acquisition enables LACROIX to enter the smart grid market.
