OMRON

OMRON Automotive Electronics became part of the Nidec group under the new name Nidec Mobility, to work with Nidec's automotive motor unit on modules and systems. The change was reported on 12 November 2019.

OMRON announced it will build the second factory of OMRON (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in Shanghai to expand control equipment and industrial robot capacity, doubling its China production capacity by fiscal 2020. Total investment is JPY1.0 billion.
