Bpifrance

KITZ Corporation announced an investment in Tecofi, a French industrial valve manufacturer founded in 1985, alongside existing shareholders Bpifrance and Garibaldi Participations.

Valve maker Tecofi is building a 16,000 m² factory on a 33,000 m² site in Corbas (Rhône), with commissioning planned for early 2027 and 60 planned hires, backed by Bpifrance and a €15 million investment.

Ardagh Metal Packaging is investing in expanding its La Ciotat, France beverage can facility, supported by Bpifrance and Sud Attractivité, creating about 80 jobs with production expected to begin in the first half of 2023.

Kokusai Pulp & Paper (KPP) signed binding agreements with Sequana and Bpifrance to acquire their 83.7% stake in paper and packaging distributor Antalis, representing about 75.2% of its share capital. The deal is subject to conditions precedent.

Tikehau Capital, Bpifrance and minority investors provided 33 million euros to ADDEV Materials to finance its acquisitions of Andpak and Zip-Chem, following an April investment of 38 million euros.
