Ramirent Plc has completed the acquisition of all shares in Stavdal AB for approximately EUR 86 million in cash and shares, plus consolidation of EUR 40 million in bank financing. The acquisition adds 280 rental professionals and customer centers in Sweden and Norway.

Loxam S.A.S. announced a recommended public cash tender offer to acquire all shares of Ramirent Plc for EUR 9.00 per share, valuing Ramirent's equity at approximately EUR 970 million. The deal creates a pan-European equipment rental leader.

Ramirent Plc signed an agreement to acquire Stavdal AB, a general equipment rental company in Sweden and Norway, for an enterprise value of approximately EUR 158 million. The transaction is expected to close by the end of Q3 2019.

Cramo and Ramirent announced that their joint venture Fortrent will close its Ukrainian operations during 2019, with restructuring costs of approximately EUR 0.5 million. The Russian operations will continue.

Ramirent Finland Ltd has acquired SRV Kalusto Oy for EUR 21 million and entered a long-term cooperation agreement with SRV Group Plc. SRV Kalusto, an equipment rental company, has 33 employees and net sales of EUR 8 million in 2017.
