BrandSafway

BrandSafway has acquired Century Elevators, a rack-and-pinion elevator specialist, effective February 22, 2019. The acquisition expands BrandSafway's motorized access offerings in the Gulf Coast region.

BrandSafway and its subsidiary Aluma Systems Concrete Construction acquired Forming Concepts, a provider of concrete formwork solutions in the United States. Forming Concepts will operate as an independent business under the BrandSafway umbrella.

Brand Industrial Services (BrandSafway) acquired Waveland Services, Inc., a national offshore coatings company, effective October 4, 2017. Waveland is based in Eunice, Louisiana, and employs up to 200 people.
