Loxam S.A.S. announced a recommended public cash tender offer to acquire all shares of Ramirent Plc for EUR 9.00 per share, valuing Ramirent's equity at approximately EUR 970 million. The deal creates a pan-European equipment rental leader.

Loxam's UK subsidiary Nationwide Platforms completed the acquisition of UK Platforms Limited from HSS Hire Group. UKP has about 120 employees and a fleet of 3,000 powered access units.

Nationwide Platforms has agreed to acquire UK Platforms from HSS for £60.5 million. The deal includes a fleet of around 3,000 platforms and 12 branches, and is subject to shareholder approval.

Loxam Group acquired Irish construction equipment rental company Swan Plant Hire from its founding shareholders. Swan operates two branches in Dublin.

Loxam declared its offer for Lavendon Group plc successful, having received acceptances for 91.5% of shares. The acquisition creates the third largest global player in the powered access rental market, with a combined fleet of approximately 45,000 units and revenues over €1.3 billion.
