The Compound Company

The Compound Company completed the sale of 100% of its shares to Industrie Polieco – M.P.B., a leader in piping systems and resins, on 2 January 2026. The company will remain headquartered in Enschede, Netherlands.

Industrie Polieco MPB has reached an agreement to acquire 100% of The Compound Company, a Dutch manufacturer of technical compounds and grafted polymers. The acquisition will integrate a company with over 100 employees and estimated 2025 turnover of approximately €60 million.

Industrie Polieco has reached an agreement to acquire 100% of The Compound Company B.V., a Dutch manufacturer of technical compounds and grafted polymers. The acquisition is expected to expand Industrie Polieco's international presence and strengthen its technological offering.

The Compound Company acquired the production site, product portfolio and customer base for Exxelor polymer resins from ESSO Deutschland GmbH, increasing its global production capacity to about 70 kilotons per year.

The Compound Company is building a second compounding plant in Enschede, Netherlands, to double production capacity for its EcoForte and Yparex products. The €8 million investment responds to growing demand from building, packaging, automotive, medical and PV module customers.
