Polynt-Reichhold and IMCD announced that effective June 23, 2019, IMCD will become Polynt-Reichhold's exclusive North American coatings resin distributor, expanding the existing agreement to include 12 southern US states.

IMCD N.V. completed the acquisition of 100% of the outstanding shares of Aroma Chemical Agencies (India) Pvt. Ltd. and Alchemie Agencies Pvt. Ltd. (together 'Aroma'), a specialty chemicals distributor based in Mumbai, India.

IMCD N.V. signed an agreement to acquire 100% of VELOX GmbH, a European distributor of speciality chemicals for plastics and composites, headquartered in Hamburg, Germany. The transaction is subject to regulatory review.

IMCD N.V., a Netherlands-based distributor of specialty chemicals and food ingredients, signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of E.T. Horn Company, a US specialty chemicals distributor. Horn generated $276 million in revenue in 2017, with a normalized EBITDA of $12 million and approximately 200 employees.

IMCD N.V. completed the acquisition of 100% of the outstanding shares of E.T. Horn Co.

IMCD N.V. signed an agreement to acquire the specialty chemicals distribution business of Bossco Industries Inc.
